The Team
Brian Haney - President
Brian has 18 years of experience working on senior-level and high-priority job requisitions. He has developed efficient and effective recruiting methods for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top tier candidates across multiple industries.
He started BTA so that he could continue building long lasting relationships with his client base. He recognized the lack of interpersonal relationships in today's current market within the recruiting industry. His goal is to get back to a delivery model that promotes communication by all parties and provides consistent and transparent feedback.
Throughout his career, Brian has experience working both for an internal and external recruitment team. He has partnered with hiring managers and C-Suite executives to make hires from high volume entry to mid-level roles, to executive level positions. He also was tasked with hiring 200+ positions per year for an advertising freelance staff.
In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching golf, traveling, and a listening to music...especially live cover bands.
